Rick Kushel – Chief Executive Officer

Rick Kushel joined The Blackstone Group in 2008 to transform the firm’s in-house portfolio management system into an independent business, which became iLevel Solutions, Inc. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Archive Systems, Inc., a leading on-demand document management company he co-founded in 1991.

During Mr. Kushel’s tenure as CEO of Archive, the company achieved 14 consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth, grew to more than 250 employees and raised more than $20 million in venture capital from The Carlyle Group, Edison Ventures and NJTC Venture Fund.

Archive was named “One of the Fastest Growing Technology Companies in NJ” by Deloitte & Touche in two separate years; was named twice to NJBIZ magazine’s “50 Fastest Growing Companies in New Jersey” and, similarly, made Mortgage Banking magazine’s “Top 25 Mortgage Technology Service Providers” list two times. In 2004, NJBIZ named Mr. Kushel one of New Jersey’s “40 Under 40″ as someone who has made a significant impact in business in the state. He was a finalist in New Jersey’s 17th annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) Awards and served on the Board of Trustees of The New Jersey Technology Council, the state’s 900-member organization for the technology and venture capital industries.

Mr. Kushel is an active angel investor and has, since 2004, been a member of AngelVineVC, a leading New York City area venture capital and angel investor network. Mr. Kushel was an investor in Franklin Realty, a real estate holding company that he co-found in 2001 and exited in 2008. Mr. Kushel is a frequent public speaker and guest lecturer at Columbia Business School on venture capital and entrepreneurship. He received a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in business from James Madison University.

 

Hank Boggio – Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Hank Boggio is responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales and business development, on a global basis. Mr. Boggio has more than 20 years experience successfully launching, growing and managing technology products.

Prior to iLevel, Mr. Boggio was President of ASPEO, Inc., a global software development and IT outsourcing company where he oversaw sales, marketing, operations, and all aspects of the company’s strategic growth and vision. Before that, Mr. Boggio worked with Rick Kushel as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Archive Systems, where he was responsible for branding, market analysis, product introductions, demand creation, and partnership strategy for the firm’s document management solutions. Mr. Boggio was a key member of the Archive executive management team responsible for raising over $20 million in venture financing.

Prior to Archive, Mr. Boggio spent nine years at Minolta Corporation and Minolta Information Systems, holding senior management positions in product management, sales and business development. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Mr. Boggio holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University.

 

Lokesh Seth – Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Lokesh Seth is responsible for formulating the product strategy and overseeing the development of iLevel Solutions’ SaaS-based services.

Mr. Seth has a proven track record of synthesizing technology and market needs into innovative products. He has helped grow multiple companies and brought many award winning products to market. Prior to joining iLevel, Mr. Seth led the product and strategy group at Connotate, where he was responsible for the development of the firm’s market-leading intelligent agent platform.

Previously, Mr. Seth was Chief Technology Officer at Serviceware, helping to guide the company through its successful IPO. He also oversaw the identification of strategic M&A opportunities and completed a successful merger to form Knova software which was later acquired by Battery Ventures. Mr. Seth has also advised several Fortune 100 companies on the formulation of technology strategy and implementation of solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in India and an MBA from Miami University.

 

James Weber – Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, James Weber is responsible for all financial aspects of iLevel Solutions.  Mr. Weber brings more than 20 years of finance, accounting and operating experience to iLevel.

Previously, Mr. Weber served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President of Operations of FalconStor Software, Inc., a publicly traded data storage software company.  Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Weber served as FalconStor’s worldwide Corporate Controller. Prior to FalconStor, Mr. Weber served as Corporate Controller for theglobe.com, an Internet community. Before that, Mr. Weber was an audit manager with KPMG and had several years of public accounting experience. Mr. Weber is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fordham University.

 

Patrice Krajka – Vice President, Professional Services

In his role as Vice President of Professional Services, Patrice Krajka is responsible for the full lifecycle of client engagements from pre-sales activity through implementation and long-term support.  Mr. Krajka has a broad range of professional services experience ranging from business process optimization and change management to systems implementation and customer support.  Prior to iLevel Solutions, Mr. Krajka was Vice President of Professional Services at Kyriba, Inc., a leading SaaS provider of Treasury solutions where he built and oversaw the company’s global services organization.

Prior to Kyriba, Mr. Krajka held a number of senior business development positions at Reuters and DST International.  Mr. Krajka received his MA in Banking and Financial Services from the University of Reading, UK and a Master of Economics from the University of Paris Nanterre.
