Rick Kushel
Chief Executive Officer

Rick Kushel joined The Blackstone Group in 2008 to transform the firm’s in-house portfolio management system into an independent business, which became iLevel Solutions, Inc. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Archive Systems, Inc., a leading on-demand document management company he co-founded in 1991.

During Rick’s tenure as CEO of Archive, the company achieved 14 consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth, grew to more than 250 employees, and raised more than $20 million in venture capital from The Carlyle Group, Edison Ventures and NJTC Venture Fund.  Archive was named “One of the Fastest Growing Technology Companies in NJ” by Deloitte & Touche in two separate years; was named twice to NJBIZ magazine’s “50 Fastest Growing Companies in New Jersey”; and, similarly, made Mortgage Banking magazine’s “Top 25 Mortgage Technology Service Providers” list two times. In 2004, NJBIZ named Rick one of New Jersey’s “40 Under 40? as someone who has made a significant impact in business in the state. He was a finalist in New Jersey’s 17th annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) Awards and served on the Board of Trustees of The New Jersey Technology Council, the state’s 900-member organization for the technology and venture capital industries.

Rick is an active angel investor and has, since 2004, been a member of AngelVineVC, a leading New York City area venture capital and angel investor network. Rick was an investor in Franklin Realty, a real estate holding company that he co-founded in 2001 and exited in 2008. Rick is a frequent public speaker and guest lecturer at Columbia Business School on venture capital and entrepreneurship. He received a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in business from James Madison University.

Hank Boggio
EVP, Business Development

As EVP Business Development, Hank Boggio is responsible for extending iLevel’s reach into the Limited Partner community and to the industry’s leading service providers.  Prior to assuming his current role, Hank led all sales and marketing efforts for iLevel since the company’s inception. Hank is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience successfully launching, growing, and managing technology products.

Prior to iLevel, Hank was President of ASPEO, Inc., a global software development and IT outsourcing company where he oversaw sales, marketing, operations, and all aspects of the company’s strategic growth and vision. Before that, Hank worked with Rick Kushel as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Archive Systems, where he was responsible for branding, market analysis, product introductions, demand creation, and partnership strategy for the firm’s document management solutions. Hank was a key member of the Archive executive management team responsible for raising over $20 million in venture financing.

Prior to Archive, Hank held senior management positions in product management, sales, and business development for Magellan Software and Minolta Information Systems.  A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Hank holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University.

Patrice Krajka
Vice President, Professional Services

In his role as Vice President of Professional Services, Patrice Krajka is responsible for the full lifecycle of client engagements from setup through support. Patrice has a broad range of professional services experience ranging from business process optimization and change management to systems implementation and customer support. Prior to iLevel Solutions, he was Vice President of Professional Services at Kyriba, Inc., a leading SaaS provider of Treasury solutions, where he built and oversaw the company’s global services organization.

Prior to Kyriba, Patrice held a number of senior business development positions at Reuters and DST International. He received his MA in Banking and Financial Services from the University of Reading, UK and a Master of Economics from the University of Paris Nanterre.

Mason Power
Chief Marketing Officer

Mason is responsible for extending iLevel’s product leadership by building further brand awareness in the global alternative asset marketplace. Mason joined iLevel in 2012 from Agencyport Software, a high growth software and services provider to the insurance industry. Mason headed strategy and marketing while Agencyport tripled in size and executed three M&A transactions including an MBO funded by THL Partners in 2011. Previously, Mason was Head of Sales & Marketing at Advisen, and Director of Business Development at internet.com after beginning his career at Bloomberg LP. Mason holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont.

Michael Sala
VP, Sales

Michael joined iLevel Solutions in 2013 as head of sales. Previously, Michael was an Executive Director of JP Morgan Alternative Investment Services. Before JP Morgan, Michael spent eight years at SunGard Investran, where he worked as Director of Sales. Michael has brought enterprise-wide solutions to Private Equity, Real Estate and Hedge Fund General Partners as well as to their investors.

Michael has a degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Bucknell University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment AnalystSM.

Ken Read
Managing Director, EMEA

Ken is responsible for extending iLevel into the EMEA market. Prior to joining iLevel, Ken has a record of success spanning 20 years and three continents. Ken has run global organizations and built sales organizations in North America, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Asia Pacific, China, India and Japan.

Ken has worked with some of the world’s leading multinational companies including Goldman Sachs, Thomson Reuters & McGraw-Hill. He has also worked extensively with early stage firms such as ZocDoc and Data Explorers.

When not involved in entrepreneurial pursuits, Ken likes to cook, read history, travel, and go hiking with his wife Diane and their German Shepherd, Juno.

Lokesh Seth
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Lokesh Seth is responsible for formulating the product strategy and overseeing the development of iLevel Solutions’ SaaS-based services.

Lokesh has a proven track record of synthesizing technology and market needs into innovative products. He has helped grow multiple companies and brought many award-winning products to market. Prior to joining iLevel, Lokesh led the product and strategy group at Connotate, where he was responsible for the development of the firm’s market-leading intelligent agent platform.

Previously, Lokesh was Chief Technology Officer at Serviceware, helping to guide the company through its successful IPO. He also oversaw the identification of strategic M&A opportunities and completed a successful merger to form Knova Software which was later acquired by Battery Ventures. He has also advised several Fortune 100 companies on the formulation of technology strategy and implementation of solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in India and an MBA from Miami University.

James Weber
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, James Weber is responsible for all financial aspects of iLevel Solutions.  Jim brings more than 20 years of finance, accounting, and operating experience to iLevel.

Previously, Jim served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Vice President of Operations of FalconStor Software, Inc., a publicly traded data storage software company. Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, he served as FalconStor’s worldwide Corporate Controller. Prior to FalconStor, Jim served as Corporate Controller for theglobe.com, an Internet community. Before that, he was an audit manager with KPMG and had several years of public accounting experience. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fordham University.
