Rick Kushel – Chief Executive Officer
Prior to his tenure at iLevel Solutions, Mr. Kushel was Co-Founder and Chairman of Archive Systems, Inc., a leading on demand document management company, which he founded in 1991 and where he served as CEO through the summer of 2008. During his tenure as CEO, Archive achieved 14 consecutive years of double digit revenue growth year to year, employing more than 250 employees and raising more than $20MM of venture capital from Carlyle, Edison Ventures and NJTC Venture Fund. In 2006, the company was recognized as "One of the Fastest Growing Technology Companies in NJ" for the Second Year by Deloitte & Touche, the "50 Fastest Growing Companies in New Jersey" for the second year by NJBIZ and the "Top 25 Mortgage Technology Service Providers" list for the second year by Mortgage Banking Magazine. In 2004, Mr. Kushel was named one of New Jersey's "40 Under 40" by NJBIZ as someone under the age of 40 who has made a significant impact in business in New Jersey. In addition, Mr.
Kushel was selected as a finalist for New Jersey's 17th annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) Awards. Mr. Kushel served on the Board of Trustees of The New Jersey Technology Council, the State’s leading organization for the technology and venture capital industry ,with over 900 members.

Mr. Kushel is deeply involved in charitable and community endeavors. Since 2002, he has been a founding Board member (and member of the Executive Committee) of Hoop-A-Paluza, Inc. (www.hoopapaluza.org), a charity focused on children suffering due to health or socioeconomic factors. He and his wife Randi were honored in 2007 by The
Chabad of Randolph for community work. Mr. Kushel is an active angel investor and has since 2004 been a member of AngelVineVC, a leading NYC area venture capital and angel investor network. Mr. Kushel was an investor in Franklin Realty; a real estate holding company which he helped found in 2001 and exited in 2008. Mr. Kushel is a frequent public speaker including guest lecturing at Columbia Business School on venture capital and entrepreneurship. He received a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in business from James Madison University.

Hank Boggio – Chief Marketing Officer
Hank Boggio brings more than 20 years of successfully launching, growing and managing technology products to iLevel Solutions. Prior to iLevel, Mr. Boggio was President of ASPEO, Inc., a global software development and IT outsourcing company. In this role Mr. Boggio oversaw sales, marketing, operations, and software development, and was responsible for all aspects of the company's strategy, growth, vision and direction.

Prior to ASPEO, Mr. Boggio was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Archive Systems where he was responsible for branding, market analysis, product introductions, demand creation, and partnership strategy for the firm’s document management solutions. He also served as a member of an executive management team responsible for raising over $20MM in venture financing. Prior to Archive Systems, Mr. Boggio spent nine years at Minolta Corporation & Minolta Information Systems holding positions including Product Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Director of Channel Sales.

Mr. Boggio is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a Finance Concentration, from Villanova University.

Simon Adell – Chief Financial Officer
In his role as chief financial officer, Simon Adell is responsible for all financial operations for the company.  Mr. Adell has 15 years of experience in a variety of technology-driven industries. Prior to iLevel Solutions, Mr. Adell has held a number of senior management positions including Chief Financial Officer of Covarity, a leading provider of portfolio management reporting solutions for the financial services industry, and president of Knowledge Delivery Systems, an online education company.

Mr. Adell holds a BA in Economics from Queen's University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Adell also holds Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

Jeremy Payne – Chief Product Officer
In his role as Chief Product Officer, Jeremy Payne is responsible for developing and delivering the product road map for the iLevel platform. Prior to joining iLevel Mr. Payne was Senior Vice President and member of the executive management team at Capital IQ, a provider of sophisticated financial data products and Web-based analytical and research tools. At Capital IQ, he oversaw the development of the Capital IQ fundamental data product and related analytics and was a managing member of the design team. Prior to Capital IQ, Jeremy was an associate partner at Newtonmore Advisors, a London-based private investment firm specializing in providing late-stage venture capital to technology firms. Prior to Newtonmore, Jeremy was a mergers and acquisitions banker at JP Morgan and Banc Paribas.

Mr. Payne has an AB in History & Soviet Studies from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Lokesh Seth – Chief Technology Officer
In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Lokesh Seth is responsible for overseeing and managing the development of iLevel’s software products.  With extensive experience in enterprise-level software development and information architecture, Lokesh has helped grow multiple companies and brought many award winning products to market.  Prior to joining iLevel, Lokesh led the product and strategy group at Connotate, a leading provider of solutions that help companies collect data and content from the Web.  At Connotate, he was responsible for the development of the firm’s market leading intelligent agent platform.

Prior to Connotate, Mr. Seth was CTO at Serviceware and guided the company through a successful IPO.   He also oversaw the identification of strategic M&A opportunities and completed a successful merger with Knova software.  He has also advised several Fortune 100 companies on the formulation of technology strategy and implementation of solutions.

Mr. Seth holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science engineering from JNTU in India and an MBA from Miami University.
