Database-driven Excel Integration –iLevel recognizes the importance and value of Excel to investment professionals as an integral reporting and analytics tool. With PCRS, you work with the spreadsheet product you have mastered, but gain the collaborative business intelligence capabilities and the business advantages of a comprehensive portfolio management solution. Create financial reports and models while maintaining an open communication channel to the database to retrieve and publish portfolio data.
Integrated Workflow – PCRS’ integrated workflow and notification engine maintains the state of the portfolio company data collection process. The workflow engine notifies designated parties through auto-generated emails when specific business actions trigger a workflow rule. PCRS displays the current data collection status for each portfolio company and enables analysts and deal team members to communicate and collaborate with their portfolio companies as needed.
Real-time Alerts – Custom real-time alerts provide timely detection and immediate notification of portfolio company performance issues requiring attention. When a key performance indicator (KPI) falls outside of an acceptable range, an e-mail is sent to a designated person or group. Users can also monitor alerts directly from their `dashboard views within PCRS. KPI’s that fall outside of a given range are color-coded for easy reference directly on a user’s dashboard view.
Audit Trails – PCRS tracks all changes to data stored in the central repository. As data is changed and/or updated in the Excel dashboards, PCRS captures and documents all changes and maintains a history of such changes for audit purposes. PCRS supports automatic notification of changes to designated individuals and “roll backs” to previous versions of Excel dashboards.
Document Library – PCRS provides an integrated, collaborative Document Library to manage and catalog all documents and files associated with a specific portfolio company investment. Take advantage of document storage and retrieval features, including full text search and retrieval, check-in/check-out functionality, version history, granular security provisioning, custom metadata, and customizable views. In addition to the document library bundled with the PCRS solution, clients have the option of integrating third-party document management platforms in order to leverage an existing solution. Contact Management / CRM Support – All related information about contacts associated with an investment may be stored, including address, phone numbers, email, and more – either within PCRS or via an integrated third-party CRM solution.
